Q - Do you have a shop?

A - Unfortunately we do not have a shop, customers usually come and pay cash and collect their items. Or we post next day signed and tracked delivery.

Q- Are all photos of the actual products?

A - Yes, all photos are taken by us and watermarked as you can see. We do not use photoshop to edit our photos to look better.

Q - How long for delivery?

A - We aim to deliver your item next day, sometimes it may arrive the following day due to unforeseen circumstances. If you'd like guaranteed delivery for next day, please feel free to ask us, however it will cost a little more.

Q - Do you accept returns?

A - We are a very small business that runs on small profit margins, returns or refunds can take time and cost us management fees etc. Therefore we do not accept returns. However, please rest assured that all items are checked throughly before dispatched and we make sure that customers are happy.
